This 16N/17D tour will be a different experience for you, as you will be able to witness different cultures, traditions and lifestyles by visiting the cities as well as some of the villages of the Rajasthan. The tour begins with a complete day of sightseeing in the city of Delhi that includes visits to places like Chandni Chowk, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib and much more. From there you visit the cities of Alsisar and Bikaner, both filled with some great ancient pieces of architecture.
You then visit Jaisalmer to visit places like Sonar Fort, Gadisar Lake, Patwon ki Haveli and can even enjoy Camel Safari in the evening. You then visit Khimsar and Jodhpur to visit a heritage hotel and one of the biggest forts in India, Mehrangarh Fort, respectively. From there, you get to visit places like Jojawar, Nimaj and Bijay Nagar, all some of the best villages to explore the difference in architecture, lifestyle and traditions. In the villages, you get to witness that not much has changed in the lifestyle of the people there and have been following the same pattern for centuries. Post that, you visit the capital city of Jaipur where you get to see the differences in the life in village and city. In addition to that, you also get to witness some of the best examples of local architecture. You then visit the city of Agra but take a detour in between to visit the village of Abhaneri. Here, you not only get to interact with the locals but also visit the thousand year old 100m deep stepwell. The tour ends with a visit to the stunning Taj Mahal in Agra.
