This 12 Nights | 13 Days Taj Mahal and Rajasthan Tour starts with a trip to the capital city of India, Delhi. You get to see some of the old architecture by visiting the Chandni Chowk area. Here, you can explore the local street markets in a rickshaw ride taking you to the intricate bylanes, or as the locals call them, chawls, to shop for handicrafts, jewellery and clothes. You also get to visit the Jama Masjid, one of the biggest mosques in the country.
You then leave for Agra to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. You can witness the beauty of the white structure in its full glory during the sunset. The white façade of the mausoleum reflects the golden yellow colour. You then visit the Agra Fort, the ruling place of Mughals for the first few decades.
From here, you visit Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. You get to have a look at some of the finest examples of Indo-Saracenic architecture. City Palace of Jaipur and Amer Fort are two of the highlights of the place. You then visit the city of Bikaner to explore Junagarh Fort, one of the very few forts in Rajasthan, not to be built on a hilltop. Khimsar Fort and Mehrangarh Fort are two more forts you get to visit in the city of Khimsar and Jodhpur respectively. You then witness a beautiful sunset among the hills of the Mount Abu. You then get to visit the city of lakes, Udaipur. City Palace of Udaipur, Jag Mandir and Lake Pichola are the top attractions in this city. The tour ends with a one-day trip to Pushkar.
