Kochi gives you a glimpse of the city life of Kerala with many malls and modern buildings. Day : 1   Arrive Delhi

Upon your arrival in Delhi, the Select India tour operator will take you to your chosen hotel.

If time permits, roam around in the suburbs of the city to enjoy the nightlife. The capital city of India does have a unique touch when it comes to its nightlife, so make sure to experience it.

Day : 2   Delhi - Jaipur (5 Hrs Journey)

In the morning, you explore the capital city more with visits to Qutub Minar and India Gate and then a drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament. This will help you understand the architecture of two completely different eras. While Qutub Minar, a brick minaret, shows the 800-year old Indo-Islamic architecture, the other monuments show the influence of British architecture approximately 700 years later. India Gate is a war memorial built for the soldiers of British India Army who lost their lives during the World War II.

After that,you leave for Jaipur, a five-hour ride from the capital. You check in your hotel at Jaipur and spend the night resting there.

Day : 3   Day in Jaipur

The whole day is set aside to explore the marvellous city of Jaipur by visiting places like City Palace of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal and Jantar Mantar. You get to witness some of the finest examples of Indo-Saracenic and Rajput architecture through all these structures. Jantar Mantar is a complex built by Maharaja Jai Singh II, who had immense interest in astronomy. The complex houses 19 different architectural astronomy instruments to detect the movement of celestial bodies and help give the necessary information about time, climate, and other such scientific observations.

Next to Jantar Mantar is the City palace of Jaipur, which has some of the best architecture in the whole city. Hawa Mahal is another palace in the vicinity that is another top tourist attraction for its use of innumerable windows in the building. It has 953 windows in total, allowing the royal women to look at what happens in the outside world. Enjoy the local markets in the evening after you are done with the sightseeing. Enjoy a Rajasthani Thali, the speciality of the local cuisine.

Day : 4   Jaipur - Agra (5 Hrs)

You leave for Agra during the early hours of the day. The 5-hour drive involves a small detour to an offbeat location in the Abhaneri Village. It has a 100ft deep stepwell, which is more than a thousand years old.

Once you reach Agra, you get to visit the Agra Fort, the royal palace for Mughals for more than a century. It has different royal palaces, courtyards, mosques and much more. From here, you can get a glimpse of the beautiful Taj Mahal. You can then explore some of the local markets before checking in the hotel for the dinner and the overnight stay.

Day : 5   Agra - Delhi (3 ½ Hrs Journey)

The day starts early as you visit the Taj Mahal to witness the sunrise and the way the white structure reflects the yellow colour of the sun. It is a moment to remember for ages. Just marvel at the piece of beauty it is. Out tour guide will help you understand the story and architecture involved in detail. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens, made in the usual Mughal Charbagh architecture. You also get to visit MehtabBagh to get a view of the Taj Mahal from the other side of the river. . From here, you can then visit the tomb of Itmad-ud-daulah or popularly called as Baby Taj. The tomb is identical in design, as Shah Jahan got inspiration for the design of Taj Mahal from here only.

You then leave Agra to go back to Delhi. You reach Delhi after a 3-hour drive in the evening and stay in the hotel overnight. Sleep well as you have a flight the next morning to Kerala.

Day : 6   Delhi - Kochi (by flight)

You reach Kochi by taking a 2 and a half hour flight from Delhi.

Later Fort Kochi and enjoy the exquisite nightlife there. Explore the Jewish town, Synagogue, different churches, the beach and much more. The Chinese fishing nets are a great sight to look at, especially in the evening. The silhouette of it offers a great chance for photographers to get some awesome clicks. Enjoy an incredible dinner at one of the cafes or restaurants in the island city.

Day : 7   Kochi - Munnar (3 Hrs Journey)

In the morning, enjoy the boat ride from the island to the main city. Mattancherry or the Dutch Palace is another tourist attraction here. The markets of Kochi are a nice option to shop with a variety of options buy, from books to clothes.

You then leave for Munnar to explore the beautiful plantations in the hill station, once you check in your resort. Munnar has a lot to offer on the front of natural beauty. There a ton of plantations with tea, coffee, cardamom or even rubber growing in them. Visiting these plantations is surely a nice way to chill.

Day : 8   Day in Munnar

Munnar offers you the option to explore the wide variety of flora and fauna. You can indulge in trekking or visit different local attractions like Mattupetty Dam, the National park or the tea museum or do both. An elephant ride through the jungles is one of the most popular recreational activity in Munnar.

Mattupetty Dam offers some stunning views on both sides of the dam with the river on one side and the hills on the other side. The National park will take you closer to the rich variety of flora and fauna in the area.

Day : 9   Munnar - Thekkady (3 Hrs Journey)

In the morning, drive towards to Thekkady and check into your hotel.

Here you visit the nearby forest area Thekkady. It is an excellent option to indulge in trekking or hiking through the forests. You get to witness elephants, bisons, sambars and much more while on this trekking. However, the highlight here is the Periyar National Park. Here, you get to see the majestic elephants and tigers from close quarters.

Day : 10   Thekkady - Alleppey (4 Hrs Journey)

From the forests of Thekkady, you go to the backwaters of Alleppey. Here, you get to enjoy the popular backwaters on a houseboat cruise and relax, looking at the incredibly beautiful surrounding all around you. This one night will stay with your forever.

The low sounds of small waves hitting your houseboat is like a lullaby to your ears and the bright moon is the cherry on top. You can also indulge in fishing here, collecting food for your dinner. If you have never done fishing then doing it on a houseboat is an experience you will never forget.

Day : 11   Alleppey - Kochi Airport

After breakfast, you go back to Kochi Airport, by road, from where you go back home.
